Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rythmic therapy used to stimulate the body's lymphatic system. Using light, precise movements, it helps reduce swelling, support detoxification, improve circulation and enhance immune function. This treatment is especially beneficial after surgery, during times of inflammation or when experiencing fluid retention.
